Create a USERNAME 4. Create PASSWORD, (must have 8 characters including 1 special character) 5. Then choose I HAVE UTILITY BILL 6. Enter ACCOUNT NUMBER 7. Enter SERVICE LOCATION exactly, as shown on your utility statement, (for example, PARK-ST-1234), IN ALL CAPS
